Why do you offer only strength training?
First of all, we believe that any form of exercise has a positive impact on our body. We know, that doing cardio or only bodyweight exercises might be easier because it does not require knowledge. Such movements are automatic. However, it is scientifically proven that if you would like to derive the most benefit for your health, physique, and longevity, strength training is the way to go.
You can find other forms of exercise online, for free. For example, check out our youtube channel if you would like to train at home, outdoors, or in the gym. The technique of such workouts is not hard to explain and perform. Strength training is harder to understand and access the technique to avoid injuries and see progress. It would always involve booking a personal trainer, which is expensive, requires to fix the time every week, and makes you dependent.
That's why we created a strength training program for you, so you learn and become a PT for yourself! So you do not feel afraid to go to the "big guys" section, learn about your body, overcome your fears and lack of confidence in the weight-lifting section, build your body, get healthy and kick ass!

How will I learn the technique?
We will provide you with videos, where we will describe in-depth the technique through video recording, written annotations, and a voiceover. All our technique has been developed and approved by our personal trainer, Alla Petrova. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us, or the gym staff to show you how the machine works.

Will I get a meal plan?
We totally get it... In theory, meal plans sound nice. Have someone tell you exactly what, how much and when to eat, might seem the easiest way to get to the result. Most of us think that if we just knew what to eat, we’d be able to reach our goals, this meal plan premise sounds pretty legit.
It might work short-term, but sadly, in practice, it will not work for anyone long-term. We want you to achieve your goals and progress throughout your lives. We want you to be independent, and confident, achieve the highest quality of life possible, and be in control of your lifestyle!
That's exactly why we provide you with all the tools to learn, structure, and manage your nutrition throughout your life, instead of prescribing you with what to do. We want you to succeed, and we believe it is the best way! All the information on our programs has been approved by a certified nutrition specialist, Yana Petrova.

How do I access the program with my smartphone?
It's very simple!
To get access on your phone, you simply need to download the Fit by Wix app on the app store or on google play.
