About me

Sports and fitness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I competed in track and field, but after moving to another country and starting a family, my fitness routine had to adapt. Despite having a sedentary job in finance, I found time for group classes like Zumba, belly dancing, and fitness pump, which gave me a chance to focus on my physical and mental health while disconnecting from the stresses of daily life.

35 years old

However, I struggled to achieve the physique I wanted despite trying various fad diets. It wasn't until my 40s that I discovered the importance of strength training and proper nutrition. With my daughter, I even decided to train for and compete in a fitness bikini competition. I'm proud to say that I am now a European Champion and 3-time World Vice-champion.

50 years old

With my passion for fitness and wellness, I became a certified personal trainer and developed an approach specifically designed for women. We focus on building the body you want, boosting your metabolism, and increasing your strength with minimal injury risks. Let's work together to achieve your fitness goals and live a healthy life!

My Education & Certifications

I have several degrees in Finance, Hospitality, and Business. However, I got so interested in fitness, that I decided to switch my career and obtained a PT certification from FPA to help others achieve goals, health, and the highest quality of life!
